It fits the footprint well, and looks good. I agree that it isn''t a QFN, but the manufacturer of the part I was using it for also calls the footprint...
this is not QFN but DFN
I think this would be more appropriately named "DFN", because it has terminals down two sides ("D" in DFN=Dual), where a QFN has terminals along all 4...
