My application is for 2.7mm high not 3mm. But it works fine because it is only 0.3mm or 0.012" higher than the actual package.
This package is almost PQFP-44 with 0.8mm pitch, the hieght is on 0.2mm higher. If this not takes into account, it has good match with Holt Integrated...
