Does what it is supposed to 
Matches solder pads exactly and axes centered as per Altium IPC footprint wizard 0,0 coordinates.

A little inaccurate and too big file. 
All pins are too slim. Its height on sides should be approximately 0.2mm.
File is over 1 MB while similar models are 120 to 500 kB.
